WHAT YOU NEED TO DO AT ARRIVAL TO THE CLINIC
We have implemented new policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.

Stay in your vehicle and ~CALL (801)886.1770 from your car when you get here.
If no answer or busy PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE and wait for a call back. We will have someone monitoring the messages, and we’ll call you to check in and check out your pet over the phone.
Our staff will instruct you when it’s your pets turn to come in and where we will meet you.
We'll be trying to keep clients in as close to arrival order as possible. For pick up you will do the same, and we will go over the surgery and or concerns before bringing your animal outside for you to take home.
~We will admitting clients with little or no contact. We have kept this policy in place as we find it less stressful and more efficient.
Please do not try to enter the building. The door is locked.
~All paperwork must be filled out and consent forms e-signed online when appointments are scheduled, we will not have paperwork available to fill out at drop off for owned pets or ferals.
~For everyone's health and safety, and quicker pick up, we prefer payment by credit or debit card thru the e pay link emailed to you.
Let us know at drop off if you prefer paying with cash.
You will be emailed prior to your pets pick up with a secure link to make your payment by credit card .
All paperwork and instructions will be emailed to you. Rabies tags/medications will be attached to cat carriers or bagged and sent with caregivers upon pick up.
~Helping each client and patient safely will take us more time. Expect increased wait times.
~We will continue to sanitize the clinic frequently and efficiently.
